Processing of Personal Data in Accordance with the Law

I. Basic Provisions

1. The controller of personal data pursuant to Article 4(7) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”) is Ing. Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, email address, identification number, location data, online identifier, or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of that natural person.

II. Sources and Categories of Processed Personal Data

1. The controller processes personal data that you have provided.
2. The controller processes your identification and contact data, as well as data necessary for the preparation of an expert valuation report.

III. Legal Basis and Purpose of Personal Data Processing

1. The legal basis for processing personal data is:
the performance (preparation of an expert valuation report) between you and the controller pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
2. The purpose of processing personal data is:
to process your order, meaning exclusively the preparation of an expert valuation report according to your request and for your purposes.
3. The controller does not perform any automated individual decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 of the GDPR. You have given your explicit consent to such processing.

IV. Data Retention Period

1. The controller retains personal data for the period necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship (that is, for the time necessary to complete the expert valuation report).
2. After the retention period expires, the controller deletes the personal data.

V. Your Rights

1. Under the conditions set out in the GDPR, you have the right to:
– access your personal data pursuant to Article 15 GDPR,
– rectify personal data pursuant to Article 16 GDPR, or restrict processing pursuant to Article 18 GDPR,
– erase personal data pursuant to Article 17 GDPR,
– object to processing pursuant to Article 21 GDPR,
– data portability pursuant to Article 20 GDPR,
– withdraw your consent to processing in writing or electronically at the address or email of the controller specified in Article III of these terms.
2. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that your right to data protection has been violated.

VI. Conditions of Personal Data Security

1. The controller declares that he has adopted all appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure your personal data.
2. The controller declares that no unauthorized persons have access to personal data.

VII. Final Provisions


1. By completing the inquiry form, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms of personal data protection in their entirety.

These terms shall take effect on 19 December 2022.
