Expert valuation reports for real estate
We prepare expert valuation reports for residential and non-residential units and determine market value estimates for family houses as well as agricultural and building plots. We can also provide valuations and expert reports for large development projects, shopping centres, and various investment projects. In addition, we prepare expert valuation reports of technical improvements to buildings (so-called investments in third-party property).
How can a property valuation report be used?
- accounting tax depreciation of rent (so-called replacement cost),
- determination of the usual (market) rent (so-called usual price),
- inheritance or divorce proceedings (so-called usual price),
- calculation of income tax or gift tax (so-called usual price),
- property insurance (so-called replacement cost),
- property acquisition tax (so-called determined price; applicable for entries in the Land Register before 1 December 2019),
- non-monetary contributions to a company (so-called usual price),
- financial settlements or any of your business purposes (purchase/sale; so-called usual price).
