Documents required for an expert valuation report
For successful preparation of an expert valuation report, the following documents are useful: the property address, the title deed (usually a purchase agreement), or another document showing the dimensions of the apartment or house. We also need to know the purpose for which the valuation report is to be prepared. If available, please send us a few photos, or we can arrange a site inspection. If you do not have the above documents, don’t worry — we will find a way to proceed.
