Additional useful information about expert valuation reports
We usually prepare three copies of the report. One copy is kept for our records, and two copies are delivered to you together with the invoice and our business card. Each expert valuation report is sealed with the state emblem, bears the official round stamp of the court-appointed expert, and includes an expert clause.
There are several methods used to determine the final value of a property. The most common include the comparative, income, cost, and residual methods, as well as the method defined by the Property Valuation Act.
Our clients include not only private individuals but also public authorities, banks, development and investment companies, and other legal entities. If you are satisfied with our services, we would appreciate your recommendation to others.
