Expert valuation report of an apartment and determination of the usual rental value

We are a team of experienced court-appointed experts with more than 25 years of professional practice. We will prepare for you both a market valuation of an apartment unit and an expert valuation report for any other type of real estate. We provide valuation reports not only within the capital city of Prague but also throughout the Czech Republic. Reports are usually completed and delivered within approximately 5–7 working days at the price listed in our price list. For individual valuations, the price is agreed upon in advance. If you require express processing, we will do our best to accommodate your needs and ensure your satisfaction.

We carry out expert valuation activities across the entire Czech Republic. Our valuation reports and real estate price estimates are based on civil, commercial, and criminal law. Almost everyone encounters them at some point in life. We most often prepare expert valuation reports of the usual market value, which can be used, for example, for financial settlements or to support your business decisions. We also frequently prepare replacement cost valuations, which are primarily used for tax purposes (determining the value for accounting depreciation). You can find the full range of our services and the purposes for which valuation reports and price estimates are used here.
